Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
